Our townhome is located in a residential complex at the mid island. We are inclusive and have several people from throughout the World that stay for a day or even a month if we have the availability. We are NOT a Resort, but our Townhome is unmatched in quality and comfort for those families and individuals who want to be close to everything this exclusive Island has to offer.

Getting Around

It is located at mid Island close to everything. 4 mins drive to Walmart and Publix; DD at one side and Starbucks at the other side of the location.

Bike rental, Movie Theater, Bar, Restaurant, Convenient Store, Bank Etc. cross street.

We have two assigned parking spaces free for you with two parking passes. Please put on your wind shield during your stay and return back to the kitchen table when check out. Every missing parking pass will cost $10. Please make sure park at the # match your house #.

Public Beach access is close by at Burkes or Bradley Beach.

It is a 5 min drive maximum but the public beach facilities at Bradley Beach are exceptional. convenient parking, bathroom facilities, shower, wash off area, and boardwalk. You can also rent bikes and take the bike paths down along the side of 278 all the way there. If you choose that option it is about a 15 min beautiful bike ride.

Our Beautiful townhome has been completely renovated in every way, it has a private balcony upstairs and a great private patio just outside; The kitchen is fully equipped; Washer and Dryer in condo; Keyless front door entry; You can be one of the guests to book and stay this home, sitting on the balcony enjoying a cup of coffee on a beautiful morning or around the table at the patio with family and friends...how beautiful and relaxing

The Space

Fully renovated town home with gorgeous kitchen and baths directly next door to Sea Turtle Market place, groceries, movie theater. Coffee next door. Burkes and Bradley Beach only 5 minutes away and Shelter Cove Marketplace 2 miles. Restaurants 1 block away. Incredibly large and ready for your family. This is located within a residential community but perfectly situated near all Hilton Head amenities.

Other things to note

1st Floor: Living room, Kitchen, Half Bath, Laundry Area, Dining Room; Pull out Queen sofa in living room has door can be closed to keep privacy.

2nd Floor: Two bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and the other with Two Twin beds and a full Bathroom.

•Pet Allow with Additional Pet Fee.

Please pay pet fee after you book. Please register your pets upon arrival at the office. It locates at the back of the complex close to swimming pool or onsite manager may issue a fine

•No pet is allowed outside a unit at common area unless it is wearing a collar with a current rabies vaccination tag and is accompanied by a responsible individual. At no time may any pet be left unattended in the common area for any reason.

Please clean up after your pets immediately.

We don't allow the following dog breeds:

•Pit Bulls of any breed

•Rottweiler

•Doberman Pinscher

•Chow Chow

•Bull Mastiff

If you choose to smoke in our NON smoking property you hereby agree to happily pay our smoking fee of $250 and authorize AIRBNB to collect this amount for our extra cleaning fee which may include renting a Professional Reverse Osmosis machine as well as potentially blocking the property from rental for an additional day.

Swimming pool is seasonal.

Checkout Procedure:

Check the Townhome completely including closets, drawers, refrigerator for anything you don't want to leave behind. Please respect our Towels, Comforters, and Furnishings. We spent a lot of money on these and any stains, marks, extra dirt left on these from shoes, drinks, or food will require us to do a DEEP cleaning to your condo. This will require an additional $75 that we will request from you through AIRBNB. We don't want to do this so please understand there are people staying right after you leave. All dishes, pots, and pans must be rinsed and put in dishwasher prior to leaving. Please follow these rules. Please take your trash to the dumpsters in the very back of complex behind the pools before you depart. Lock the door using your key and have a safe trip home.
